Game Pass adds 20+ games over console and PC

Ed Willey

As I loaded up my Xbox last night I casually scrolled over to the Game Pass tab to see what new stuff has been added during this week’s festivities in LA.

What greeted me was a list of no less than 24 new games that have been added to the service, one of the largest release dumps since the service kicked off last year, with many appearing on the newly available PC version of the service also.

Metro Exodus tops the pile, being only a couple of months old, and with the previous two Metro titles available already you can now gorge on the entire series to your heart’s content.

Arkham Knight, The Handsome Collection, Hollow Knight and Shenmue are all strong additions and will provide many many hours of gameplay.

Then you have brand new ID@Xbox titles Supermarket Shriek and Riverbond, both standing out during the montage at the E3 presser, which you can play right now.

With many more titles known to be coming to Game Pass, and MS ramping up its first-party efforts, whilst many were initially sceptical about a ‘Netflix’ for games, it’s looking like they’re really on to a winner here.

If only there were more time in the day to play all these titles…
